In March 2014 The OSA, as part of the strategy to implement the FIFA 11+ program, launched a survey to identify the awareness of the program as well as the opportunities and barriers to implementing the program at a club level.

It is now time to revisit this survey and measure peoples awareness and knowledge 12 months on. This information will help to improve the training and will assist clubs and coaches to successfully implement the program and reduce injury rates in our youth.

Soccer coaches, technical directors and club trainers are invited to participate in this survey which will take approximately 10 minutes.

Click here to access the survey.

Please complete the survey by Wednesday March 11. Questions can be directed to Matt Greenwood.

The FIFA 11+ program is an injury prevention program that reduces knee and ankle injuries in youth soccer players which is currently being implemented by many clubs across Ontario through support provided by the OSA.
