Working with our members, Ontario Soccer has achieved robust progress in our province-wide Return to Play activities this Indoor Season and we are looking forward to the Outdoor Season 2022 with great excitement. As part of our preparations, Ontario Soccer continues to look for additional ways to support our member organizations to help recover and rebuild from the pandemic.
At this time, Ontario Soccer has teamed up with Victor Insurance, a leading Canadian provider of specialty insurance, to put together a comprehensive employee group benefits plan. Setting itself apart from many traditional insurers, Victor works with carefully selected partners, all leaders within the insurance industry. This combination of specialization and expertise allows Victor to provide a unique range of insurance services.
Ontario Soccer Member organizations have the exclusive opportunity of joining this industry-leading group benefits plan to ensure their employees are covered by this comprehensive suite of benefits.

Victor Insurance offers a range of digital tools to assist clients with their needs:
- Group Benefits Connect – Their portal for plan members provides everything you need to manage your program or benefits. Be sure to sign in at www.victorinsurance.ca/gbconnect.
- My Best Life – This tool featured on their portal, links to a selection of resources offered by their service partners in six key categories—physical, mental, financial, family, children’s health, and resilience and coping. It makes it easy to find the resource that is just right for you.
- Victor Now – The claims app allows plan members to submit claims, access their benefits card, locate providers, check provider ratings, check drug eligibility and coverage levels, all on the go from their mobile device. You will find a link to download the app on their portal.
Some rates are based on an employee’s salary, so while Victor Insurance cannot determine the exact cost without a consultation, the rates that have been negotiated for participating Ontario Soccer Member Organizations for healthcare and dental care combined are:
- Single Rates: $94.53**
- Family Rates: $236.09 **
**rates do not include life, AD&D or Dep Life cost
To further add to the benefits and provide participating Ontario Soccer Member Organizations with greater planning certainty, these rates are guaranteed for the next 24 months (Note: This is a sliding scale depending on start date of when an Organization joins the Group Benefits plan).
