ALICE STRACHAN

Alice is a professional consultant, facilitator, curriculum designer, mediator and trainer with extensive experience in the not-for-profit and private sector healthcare as well as various public service settings.

Alice also has won various awards for facilitation and training expertise and is certified as a Lego Serious Play Master Facilitator, one of the few in Canada. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and recently completed her Prosci Change Management Certification. Alice uses her proven skills in facilitation and presentation and collaborative approaches to facilitate quality improvement and learning. Her skills as a process management expert and an advocate for quality decision making have enabled hundreds of organizations to improve their services to the community and their clients.

Alice is a 20-year volunteer with the Georgetown Soccer Club, seven years as Club President and today continues to volunteer as the manager of her son and daughter’s competitive adult teams. She also served as the Discipline Chair for Peel Halton Soccer Association for seven years and sat as Secretary on the PHSA Board for two years.
