Solomon Amoako

Solomon Amoako is a 20+ year veteran in sales and technology leadership.  In previous years, Mr. Amoako has held titles such as Vice President of Sales (Rightside); where he was instrumental in a $213M acquisition, Chief Sales Officer & Sr. Vice President, Americas at a German based company called Sedo and Vice President of Sales at Minds & Machines Group, to name a few.  He is an alumni of Techstars, one of the largest tech incubators in the world, where his company was selected amongst 12 out of thousands globally.  Mr. Amoako has been a Highly sought-after internet industry evangelist with speaking engagements across the globe (i.e. Domainers meet - Dubai, London forex Summit - UK, and Namescon - Las Vegas, etc.).  Solomon has also served on the Board of Directors for the Domain Name Association, a non-profit global business association representing the interests and governance of the domain name industry.

A lifelong “Footballer” and coach (Thornhill Thunder boys) with achievements spanning from Ontario Cup Champion, Robbie tournament Champion, and National champion, Mr. Amoako was a member of the Provincial team representing Ontario and went on to the U17 National team.  With Team Canada, Solomon participated in the Concacaf qualification tournament and subsequently qualified and represented Canada in the U17 World Cup in Scotland.  

Today, Solomon is a Co-Founder of several technology start-ups and a Managing Partner at Ribbon Global Inc, a sales and account management firm.  Mr. Amoako earned his Bachelor degree from Ryerson University, and currently resides in Thornhill Ontario.
