Leslee Bax has served with East Central Ontario Soccer Association since 1996, she started out as Secretary, but then moved to Vice President from 2000 until 2013. In 2013 Leslee became the District President and served in this role until 2023. During this time, Leslee also served on the Ontario Soccer Board of Directors until 2018.  Leslee also served on the Central Region League Management Committee for a number of years.  At the Club level, Leslee was involved with the Maple Leaf-Cavan FC.

Leslee Bax was nominated for the Meritorious Service Award by the East Central Ontario Soccer Association Meritorious Awards.
