George joins us from Chatham, Ontario, where he is an athlete, match official, and honour roll student. George has been playing soccer since he was 4 years old, and has continued playing all throughout his youth. Captain of his High School soccer team, his team advanced to the Finals for the Lambton Kent Secondary School Athletics Association in both 2022 and 2023.

George is also a Match Official at the Chatham Youth Soccer Association and is certified as a Level 5 referee. He has experience officiating recreational, competitive, high school, and OFSSAA. His soccer experience expands to the volunteer sector as well, as he was a referee for the Soccer Dogs Tournament (a tournament that raises money for the Cancer Society), and as a coach for his younger brother’s travel team.

George was also an accomplished high school athlete, competing in basketball, badminton, and soccer. A multisport athlete, he made it all the way to OFSSAA in badminton.

George is attending Guelph University this fall, working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in the One Health Program.
