Nadine joined North Toronto Soccer Club in 2021 as the province was emerging from the pandemic. She is responsible for managing the Club’s Soccer for Life program at North Toronto, which consists of those players participating in competitive leagues at the U13 - U21 age group.

Nadine received her B Licence in 2015 and her Youth Licence in 2022. Nadine’s daily duties include leading a team of dedicated coaches to deliver programs to 320+ players across 16 teams and leads North Toronto’s Female Coach Development Program, which has seen the number of female coaches in the Competitive Program increase from one in 2021 to ten in 2022. She provides ongoing support and mentorship to North Toronto Soccer Club senior players who wish to start coaching, which has seen ten players transition into Competitive Program coaches in the past two years. Nadine also coaches the Girls U16 & Girls U17 I-Model teams and leads the implementation of a Player Feedback process in North Toronto’s Competitive Program. In addition, Nadine remarkably still has the time to provide coaching cover for more sessions at North Toronto than anyone can keep track of.
