How do I request my evaluation?
Once you are ready for your evaluation, contact Lyndon Hooper, Coordinator, Coach Development, with the following information:
Upon providing this information, you will be added to the first available block, based on your preferred blocks stated.
Important: For coaches that completed their course prior to 2019, payment steps will be shared to finalize registration. Coaches that completed their course in 2019 and beyond have already completed payment through their registration for the course.
Evaluation Process
Upon fully completing the C Licence or B Licence Part 1 course, coaches must successfully complete their practical evaluation to attain C Licence "Certified" or B Licence Part 1 "Certified" status. Evaluations are completed via the video evaluation process. The year is organized into the 4 following blocks:

C Licence Evaluation
Coaches completing the C Licence evaluation will submit (1) full session plan and an Emergency Action Plan, based on the theme assigned to them during their course.
For the delivery of the session, coaches are only required to submit a recording of their Initial Game and Analytical Activity, with the recording totalling 30 minutes. Players used must meet the following criteria:
If coaches are unsuccessful in their evaluation, they are eligible for up to 2 re-evaluations within the 18 month period following. Each additional evaluation is subject to payment of $250. Coaches are able to appeal an unsuccessful evaluation and/or the evaluation process or procedure. Please see the Appeals document below for detailed information on the appeal process.
B Licence Part 1 Evaluation
Coaches completing the B Licence Part 1 evaluation will submit (6) full session plans (3 attacking themes and 3 defending themes) and an Emergency Action Plan. The themes for these session plans will be chosen by the coach, from the list provided in the course content. Once the session plans have been submitted during the evaluation process, the assigned Ontario Soccer Evaluator will select (1) session for the coach to carry out.
