Ontario Soccer LTOD program is providing members in Ontario with the following Practical Training Handbook.  This is being provided to anyone that wishes to download from the website.  As it is not teaching Law, a Club, District, individual match official or Referee Association may use this in their Education or Training Programming without requiring Accredited Instructors to deliver.
