Want to know more about OSCAR? There are two sessions available at Ontario Soccer Summit

Ontario Soccer recently announced the launch of its new registration platform, which will serve to connect soccer in the province like never before.

Ontario Soccer Club & Academy Registry (OSCAR), previously referred as the Member Management Registration System, has been built in association with SportsEngine, the Official Technology Partner of Ontario Soccer and will now let the Clubs and Academies connect their real-time participant registration data on a single platform.

Club and Academy delegates who are interested in receiving additional training to the OSCAR videos that are already available online, are invited to two Ontario Soccer Summit sessions.

The sessions will be held at BMO Centre on Saturday March 2 at 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m.– 4:30 p.m.

Download and login to the Whova app to find more details of the OSCAR sessions for Club and Academy administrators.

Want more out your Coaching development?

Have you ever sat back and reflected about who you are and why you coach? If you were asked to identify your purpose and the core values that define you, how would you answer? What is your coaching philosophy? What principles guide you? What is your natural go-to coaching style?

If you are like a lot of coaches, not much thought or development is given to increasing personal self-awareness.

Instead, most professional development is focused on developing knowledge on the X’s and O’s of the game. While there is nothing wrong with that, the most successful coaches know that purpose, core values, and self-awareness are the foundation for creating a winning team culture.

As a bonus with your ticket purchase to the 2019 Ontario Soccer Summit, one of our speakers (Barry Jansen of JansenHR Inc.) is offering you a unique opportunity for self-development by giving you free access to complete a complimentary CoachPro profile and receive a very comprehensive and insightful 13-page report all about you!

The CoachPro is an online assessment tool designed to identify a coach’s natural tendencies and helps to explain who they are and why they do the things they do.

Click here to take the Coach Pro assessment and include your email to receive your complete report.
