Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members of Ontario Soccer will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at Holiday Inn Toronto – International Airport (Trillium Ballroom) 970 Dixon Rd. Toronto, ON

REGISTRATION:

All Active Members (District Associations) and Associate Members are expected to attend. Please RSVP your registration stating the delegate that will be attending on behalf of your organization via email to Kim Benford no later than Friday, June 1, 2018.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND TRAVEL:

Ontario Soccer will provide a “Travel and Accommodation Grant” to each District Association to assist with the travel and accommodation costs for one delegate as outlined below.

Travel:

The travel grant will be based on travel for one vehicle only per District Association at a rate of $0.45 per kilometre for travel to and from Ontario Soccer’s AGM. In the event that the District Delegate elects to drive from what is classified as an acceptable air travel distance (ie. Thunder Bay, Timmins or Sault Ste.Marie), the lower of the fare costs (economy fare verses mileage) will be applied.

Ontario Soccer is responsible for booking all air travel funded by Ontario Soccer. Any air travel booked by the District Association or Delegate will not be funded by Ontario Soccer. All request for air travel must be submitted via email to Kim Benford at no later than Wednesday, June 6, 2018.

Accommodations:

Ontario Soccer will fund one Delegate for two nights (or two Delegates for one night each). District Associations are required to make their own hotel arrangements directly with Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport for their delegates.
