Woodbridge Italia TFCO Legends went undefeated, allowing only one goal, on their way to a gold medal at the Canadian Eastern Masters championships. 

The Ontario Masters champion, which had defeated United Nations FC in August at the Eastern Masters final, won both their group stage games before defeating Athens FC, from Nova Scotia, 2-0 in the gold medal final. 

In the final, Woodbridge got goals from Elbio Lombardi and Peter Barlas. Steve Boem had the shutout for the side from Woobridge. 

In the group stage, Woodbridge was equally dominant, defeating Frediction Dawgs 3-1 and Holy Cross, from Newfoundland, 1-0. 

The Ontario Masters Women’s representative, London Marconi Azzurri, just missed out on the podium at the Western Masters Regional Championships in Edmonton, Alberta.

London Marconi lost to the hometown favourites from Alberta in the bronze medal game.
