Team Ontario has a lot to be proud of after a stunning performance in the Canada Games gold medal match.
Ontario, who defended well for the first 70, really put the pedal down in the last 20 pushing to get a winning goal.
Ontario had their chances but when the first 90 concluded, it was still 0-0. And when extra time began Quebec took their chance, scoring quickly after the restart. It was nothing more than a mad scramble goal but that was all the team from Quebec would need as they edged Ontario to take the gold medal.
Ontario certainly can leave with their heads held high.
Here to break it all down again is Bryan Rosenfeld, head coach of Team Ontario.
