Last-minute goals dominate headlines in Week 3

League1 Ontario sees a fury of action in closing moments of games this week

It was drama and tension across League1 Ontario in Matchweek Three as a total of eleven goals flew in during the last five minutes of play in various matches, causing heartbreak and ecstasy in equal measure.

Darby FC snagged a late brace to get their first win of 2017, while 2015 League1 champions Oakville Blue Devils saved the best for last against Toronto FC III.

Woodbridge Strikers pulled off an incredible late comeback against a resolute North Toronto Nitros side, and FC London made it a perfect kickoff weekend with impressive home opener wins for both the men and the women.

Ottawa South United, Woodbridge and Sigma continued their three match unbeaten streaks to begin the 2017 men's division, with Vaughan Azzurri and Unionville Milliken making it a perfect two for two and taking an early season lead in the women's division.

Oakland Grizzlies and Sigma FC player Justin Stoddart scored a brace to lead the Mississauga-based academy to a 4-1 win over Pro Stars FC. Click here to read the match report, watch video and find photos.

In front of a packed house at London's German Canadian Club, Alberto Barquin led FC London to a 4-0 result over North Mississauga in their home opener. Click here to read the match report, watch video and find photos.

A ten-man Oakville Blue Devils turned the tables on visitors Toronto FC III as striker Matt Santos bagged two late goals and a 3-2 victory. Click here to read the match report, watch video and find photos.

Women's Division Results - Presented by Peel Regional Police
