Ontario's provincial teams will test their skills against squads from Quebec and British Columbia this weekend.

The Ontario boys and girls U-14, U-15 and U-16 teams will travel to Saint-Hubert Quebec from Apr. 28 - Apr. 30 for three days of competition.

National team and professional club scouts will also be in attendance.

“This weekend allows us to further evaluate the talent coming out of Ontario,” said Bryan Rosenfeld, Ontario Soccer Manager of High Performance. “Getting game action, against two of the biggest provincial programs in our country, will test our players and will be a good litmus test for how the talent, developed by our Ontario clubs and academies, are progressing.”

The Ontario Provincial Development League (OPDL) is the primary venue in which potential Provincial Team Players are detected. There are however, alternative player detection options for those Ontario Soccer registered players who do not compete within the OPDL
