Day Two of the Ontario Soccer Summit featured a bone-chilling keynote address, world-class technical sessions from the player, coach and match official streams and was punctuated by the Club Excellence Award ceremony in the evening.

Sheldon Kennedy shocked the Ontario soccer community with his personal story and statistics on the rate of abuse in children's sports.

Isaac Raymond and Joe Fletcher led things on the match official front with that stream showing five sessions on the day.

Dan Freigang, Michel Bruyninckx and the duo from Southhampton FC were the highlight attractions in the player and coach streams.

The day was rounded out with several well-attended administrator sessions that included: Risk Management, Employment Standards and Discipline and Appeals.

SportsEngine, Ontario Soccer's Official Technology partner, was also on hand to discuss their technology offerings and capped off the night by hosting the Club Excellence Award presentations.

The announcement had been made on Feb. 14 and the clubs took centre stage at the Ontario Soccer Summit to officially receive their awards.
