The U15/U16 Boys Ontario Futsal Cup featured the Unionville Milliken Strikers taking on the Brampton Blast. 

Brampton, who won their their group, downed the Ottawa Futsal Cup Warriors 7-4 in their semi-final to advance to the final. 

Unionville won their group and went on to beat London Canadian FC 7-3 in their semi-final to advance to the final. 

Brampton would fight back from being down by two goals three times over the first 35 minutes. Jevonte Layne's three goals helped the Blast keep pace with Unionville throughout the match. 

Unionville's Joshua Alegria was equal to the task, scoring three of his own over the course of the game. 

Despite Brampton's fight, finding themselves tied 4-4 in the 34th minute, Unionville would prove too strong and pull away down the stretch and capture the Ontario Futsal Cup with a 8-5 win. 

Unionville also got goals from: Alex Lewis (2), Jermaine Dowe, Oliver Onye and Alexander DeCunha. 

Brampton's other goals came from: Jaekwon Reid and Matthew Vieira.
