The U-14 Boys Ontario Indoor Cup Final featured the Woodbridge Strikers taking on the Ottawa St. Anthony Futuro, both of which were dominant on their way to the final.

In the opening stretch, Woodbridge held the majority of possession while Ottawa was content to sit back and absorb the pressure and attempt to counter-attack.

Both teams would trade chances during open play but the game’s first goal would come seven minutes before halftime off a free-kick opportunity for Woodbridge.

Following a foul, right outside the Ottawa box, Kwasi Poku stepped and buried his shot to make it 1-0 Woodbridge.

Woodbridge would score a second moments later when a Poku run would spring his teammate Adam Divittorio who made no mistake in increasing their lead to 2-0.

A third goal for Woodbridge would come shortly after that as Poku intercepted an Ottawa ball inside his own half and opted to try his luck with a shot, chipping the keeper and find goal with a blast from nearly 40 yards away.

After the restart, Ottawa created several chances off the play of Antoine Coupland but they weren’t able to find the back of the net. With ten minutes reminaing in the game though he would give his team life as he pounced on a rebound and made it 3-1 Woodbridge.

It was short-lived however, as Poku would knot his third of the game and restoring Woodbridge's three-goal lead.

Ottawa would hang around though, as Eric Lajeunesse started a play and ended it with Futuro's second goal.

Moments later they would earn a penalty and Coupland would covert their chance to draw his team within one, making it 4-3 with 3 minutes remaining.

Ottawa would press for the tying goal but Woodbridge would hang on to capture the U-14 Boys Ontario Indoor Cup title.
