Competition has not slowed down since the L1O Cup finals last weekend. The teams played through the extreme heat alert and put on a good show for their supporters.

Women's League

Continuing to dominate the league, Durham United FC defeated ProStars FC 5-1, with their MVP, Hollie Babut, having a hand in all five goals.

As they battled through the extreme heat against a well organized ANB Futbol, North Mississauga remained strong and came out with a 3-1 win on Saturday's game.

Despite a strong performance from the Sanjaxx Lions' keeper in the first half, Woodbridge Strikers came out victorious with a tenacious attack in the latter part of the match for a 3-1 result.

Men's League

Sigma FC did not allow their defeat in the L1 Cup final to interfere with their tenacity, as their key players provided a hat trick and a brace to give them a 5-0 win against the Kingston Clippers.

Building on their recent winning form, Toronto FC Academy netted three, including a brace and a single, to beat ProStars FC on Saturday night's match.

Vaughan came out victorious on Sunday afternoon's home match against a lean Master's FA Saints, with a haul of six goals against one.

Oakville Blue Devils defended their first place standing with 3-0 win against Durham United, who started off strong but was down one man after a first half dismissal.

Despite the L1O Cup champions efforts, ANB Futbol came out on top with a 3-1 win against Woodbridge Strikers.
