Ontario Cup Final | Men | London Marconi Bullish In Back To Back Titles

In the Men's Ontario Cup Final, London Marconi wasn't slowed down a bit by a torrential downpour in their effort to repeat as champs. 

Marconi came out flying off the start, scoring three goals against Mississauga Portofino in the first 21 minutes. 

In 7th minute Jovan Ivanovich whipped the ball into the box and Younan Samra got on the end of to convert the game's first goal. 

Just seven minutes later, on a corner kick, a scramble resulted in an easy tap for in for Ivanovich for London as they jumped out to a 2-0 lead. 

And just another seven minutes later, it was Ivanovich again who completed and gave London a 3-0 lead inside 21 minutes. 

For the fourth goal, coming in the 33rd minute, Michael Arnold burst down the line and slotted it around the Mississauga Portofino keeper. 

Michael Marcoccia came on in the second half and would help London keep the foot on the pedal as he sped away from the defenders in the 75th minute to make it 5-0.

Marconi would cruise the rest of the way, capturing the Men's Ontario Cup and securing their back to back titles.
