Ontario's Division 3 champion will once again take on Quebec's Division 3 champion in the Inter-Provincial Cup Championship. 

This year's League1 Ontario league champion, the Oakville Blue Devils, will face CS Mont-Royal Outremont, from the Première Ligue de soccer du Québec, in a two-legged home and away series. 

The first leg will be held at the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan on Nov. 1. The kickoff will be at 1:30 p.m. Admission is $5 and free of charge for kids 12 and under. 

The second leg will be held at Complexes Sportifs Terrebonne in Terrebonne, Quebec on Nov. 14. The kickoff will be at 6 p.m.

In last year's Inter-Provincial Cup, Toronto FC Academy defeated CS Longueuil 4-0 over the two legs to be crowned the innaugural champion.
