The Ontario Soccer Association announced today that it has selected Sport Ngin to provide its entire suite of sports management technology to the OSA’s districts, clubs, leagues, academies, tournaments, and over 450,000 participants.

As part of the long-term agreement, Sport Ngin also becomes the “Official Technology Partner of the Ontario Soccer Association,” aligning with the organization’s new strategic direction to be more current and relevant to its member organizations.

"Our partnership with Sport Ngin allows us to equip our member organizations with leading sports technology at special OSA member rates,” said Johnny Misley, Executive Director, Ontario Soccer Association. “The Sport Ngin platform, their technology to manage sports organizations and ecosystem of integrations will provide a great benefit for our membership from the participant in the community through to the provincial level. User experience at the family and club level was paramount in reaching our decision and no one does that better than Sport Ngin.”

The Sport Ngin platform is already used by more than 500,000 sports organizations, teams, leagues, clubs, associations, and tournaments to grow and promote their organizations, communicate with millions of athletes and parents, and manage competitions. Sport Ngin is one of the largest sports technology companies in North America.

“We’re thrilled to be able to work with the OSA’s entire membership and set them up with Sport Ngin technology,” said John Weinerth, VP of Soccer at Sport Ngin. “By adopting the Sport Ngin Registration system and other products in 2016, OSA member organizations will benefit from automated data flow to the OSA System in 2017 and beyond. We are confident that our partnership and technology will help improve communication at the family level, enhance promotion of programs, provide seamless registration, reporting and secure payment processing along with time saving tournament management and mobile capabilities across the entire province.”

Both partners are collaborating to create an integrated system driven by key solutions from the suite of industry leading Sport Ngin products to replace OSA’s current participant registration system.

In addition, Sport Ngin is currently in the process of contacting Ontario Soccer Association member organizations to provide them with a free assessment of their existing technology and providing recommended packages to upgrade to Sport Ngin.
