They and their families often make a tremendous sacrifice, the extent of which isn't always seen, in pursuit of excellence in sport. 

OSATV followed the Stewart family for a day as their daughter Alissa got ready for the OPDL Charity Shield. They shared everything that goes into the Day in the Life of an OPDL Athlete.
