As part of the lead up to this year's OSA Soccer Summit, we're taking you behind the scenes to hear from some of our speakers and their thoughts on sport, soccer and development. 

Today, we're speaking with Rob Gale, Canadian youth national team head coach and a man who holds a Canada A license, a UEFA A license and is on his way to obtaining the UEFA pro license. 

Mainly working that Canadian U-17 and U-20 programs, Rob plays an instrumental role in not only helping to prepare Canadian players for the jump to the senior team but in being a thought leader in our country when it comes to player and coach development. 

We speak to Rob about mental toughness, how winning is the by-product, not the end product and why without technique, there are no tactics.
