The Ontario Soccer Association announced today that RoomRoster is now the official accommodation provider of OSA events.

RoomRoster, with over 20 years’ experience in sports event management, has created the world’s most intuitive, online Tournament Accommodation Management System.

Their offering is in the Youth Sport Tournament market for applications to hotel booking and to team communications at the event. The RoomRoster system manages the entire process for the event organizer, while providing an enhanced experience for the participants including a current, easy-to-use, mobile or desktop application for planning and communicating.

"We are so excited to partner with the OSA. We know that our simple to use, web-based solution, allows team managers and players and their families to focus on the fun stuff – playing the game," said Jason Parker, President of RoomRoster. "Good luck to all of the teams competing in the Ontario Player Development League and the Ontario Cup. This is an exciting time for soccer in Ontario and we are proud to be a part of that, in our small way."

In addition to being the exclusive provider of OSA team hotel accommodations, RoomRoster will also become the Presenting Partner of this year’s OSA Ontario Cup and become the Official Accommodations Provider to the Ontario Player Development League.

The core objective for both the Ontario Cup and OPDL partnerships is for RoomRoster to provide participating teams and OPDL License Holders with the best group rates, hotel amenities and the most convenient booking system in the industry.

Beyond that, all OSA member groups, especially those organizing OSA sanctioned tournaments will be able to work with RoomRoster to further enhance their tournament experience, both from a logistics and budgeting perspective and also from the seamless engagement their tournament participants will experience with their designated tournament hotels.

"This partnership is another example of OSA’s continued efforts to align with companies that will bring value-added benefits to our membership in our collective pursuit of enhancing the soccer experience for families across Ontario," said Bjorn Osieck, OSA Director of Business Operations.

The OSA team welcomes your feedback and support in making this platform into a useful addition to your soccer administrative toolkit.
