Podcast - Ontario At The Olympics | Canada Falls To Germany In Semifinals

By OSA News, 08/16/16, 2:30PM EDT

This podcast looks at the performances of our province’s athletes on the world’s stage.

We speak to technical leaders from Ontario who have either a hand in developing our nation’s youth, or who have seen first hand the good work others have done in bringing these players along.

Today we’ll be looking at the performances of our players from the Olympics semi-final. Canada would fall 2-0 to Germany, less than a week after downing the giants. It means Canada will now play for bronze in Rio, which is nothing to shake your head at in the modern women’s game, but there are a number of key performances from Ontario players to still highlight.
