The Ontario Soccer Association is introducing the “OPDL Affiliation Agreement – Youth Amateur.”

This has been developed to enable organizations operating Youth Amateur Teams in Regional Leagues to affiliate with an OPDL License Holder, in order to allow players to be ‘called up’ to OPDL Teams, as stipulated in the OPDL Operations Rules.

In order for an agreement to be formalized, it must first be approved by the OSA and filed with the applicable District Associations.

OPDL License Holders, can download the agreement form below, and shall submit Affiliation Agreements to The OSA and their District Association.
