Match Report

The final didn't disappoint with fantastic action both ways on this day.

Epic’s speed gave Brampton problems but the Blast held their own with good control and patience on the ball in the build up in the early going.

Epic would be rewarded towards the end of the second half as Marshall Ronaldo, who was threatening from the get go, converted on Epic FC’s first real opportunity as he skipped in alone.

Epic FC got their second goal of the match with a goal by Larabie Carson, who made no mistake when he was presented with an opportunity at the top of the box.

The Blast pulled one back after a wild goal mouth scramble ended when Brampton's Jeremy Opong put the ball in the back of the net, while he was laying on the ground. 

Epic would close the door on any hopes of a late comeback when Carson converted his second of the day after his initial shot was stopped by the Brampton keeper and it bounced in off a defender and into the back of the net. 

Epic FC would shut it down the rest of the way and capture the Ontario Indoor Cup championship with a 3-1 win.
