The Ontario Soccer Association's Annual General Meeting and the 2015 Centre Circle Awards Reception have been finalized.

OSA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
A. Date/Time/Location:
SUNDAY, APRIL 26, 2015 - 9:00 am

Delegates will receive their voting package at the sign in desk upon arrival.
B. Travel and Accommodations:
The OSA will provide a "Travel and Accommodation Grant" to each District Association to assist with the travel and accommodation costs for one delegate as outlined below.
Travel:
The travel grant will be based on travel for one vehicle only per District Association at a rate of 45 cents per kilometre for the travel to and from the OSA's AGM, in Toronto. In the event that the District Delegate elects to drive from what is classified as an acceptable air travel distance (ie. Thunder Bay, Timmins or Sault Ste. Marie), the lower of the fare costs (economy air fare versus $0.45/km) will be applied.
The OSA is responsible for booking all air travel funded, by the OSA. Any air travel booked by the District Association or Delegate will not be funded by the OSA. All requests for air travel must be submitted in writing to Gerry Jennings no later than Friday, April 10, 2015.
Accommodations:
The OSA will fund one Delegate for two nights (or two Delegates for one night each). District Associations are required to make their own hotel arrangements directly with the Holiday Inn Toronto – International Airport for their delegates. The OSA rate for the weekend at the hotel is $105 per night plus taxes and this rate will be valid until April 15, 2015.

C. Expense Claims:
Each District Association must submit an expense claim form for Travel and Accommodations for its delegate to Charonne Thomasos. The OSA will remit payment only to the District Association. Any funding to individual Delegates must be paid to them by their respective District Association.
District Representatives
Expenses of each District Association's District Representative on the Board of Directors are covered separately on a separate expense claim form. The District Representative must submit his/her expense claim to Gerry Jennings as per normal Board meeting procedures.
NOTE: Expense claim forms for Delegates and District Representatives will be made available after the AGM weekend.
D. Constitutional Amendments:
There are no amendments to the OSA's Constitution. E. Registration for OSA Annual General Meeting: Please register all your delegates for the Annual General Meeting.
2. OSA AWARDS NIGHT
The Centre Circle Awards are the OSA's highest level of recognition and are presented annually to men, women and organizations nominated on the basis of their outstanding contributions to the development of soccer in Ontario and Canada.
Recipients of Centre Circle Awards will be recognized at The OSA's Centre Circle Awards Reception being held at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport, 970 Dixon Road, Toronto on Saturday, April 25 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Reception will offer a host bar and hors d'oeuvres. Tickets for the Award's Reception are $50 per person and are available for purchase online or by contacting Brandon Frith at (905) 264-9390 x 230. Again, hotel accommodations are available for $105/night and can be completed online at The Ontario Soccer Association AGM. This rate will be available until April 15, 2015 The Ontario Soccer Association will be announcing the Centre Circle Award recipients for 2015 in the coming days.
