The OSA is currently accepting applications for Learning Facilitators.
The Coaching Department is aware that some LFs did not receive a lot of assignments during the 2013/2014 coaching clinic season. In some cases, there were too many LFs in the same geographical location, or there were courses cancelled and re-scheduled.
Therefore, in an effort to enhance LF assignments and the delivery of courses within the province, the pool of LFs will be lessened for 2015.
This will ensure LFs who are hired receive full training and assigned courses to enhance their experience, training and coach educational knowledge. Furthermore, this will also enhance the overall quality and consistency of coach education, provincially.
The following selection criteria will be considered an asset to those applying for LF positions with the Ontario Soccer Association’s Coaching Development Department:

Please note:
The LF training will now take place throughout a live Soccer for Life course this fall. Selected LFs will have the choice of attending one of three locations for their LF training and are required to attend all 3 days of the course training. Locations are to be determined.
