Ontario Soccer is proud to announce the launch of our new Coach Mentorship Program with two targeted streams that are specifically aimed to support and advance women and members of the BIPOC community within the soccer landscape.
This program is part of Ontario Soccer’s ongoing commitment to formalizing informal learning opportunities while also fostering diversity, equity and inclusion across all levels of the game. We recognize the need to create intentional pathways that help underrepresented groups access meaningful development opportunities in coaching.
We encourage coaches that are preparing for the Grassroots Diploma and/or C Diploma who identify as women or as members of the BIPOC communities to apply for this opportunity. The application window is now open and will close on June 30, 2025.
Participants: 12 selected candidates for each mentorship program
Duration: August 2025 – February 2026 Structure: Monthly connects; including both in-person and virtual delivery methods
Goal: To empower participants with the knowledge, tools, and connection to advance their coaching development
Cost: Free
