Play. Inspire. Unite.

Ontario Soccer and Dairy Farmers of Ontario are thrilled to continue their successful partnership into 2024, bringing the MilkUP Ontario Soccer Future Leaders program back for another year. This initiative celebrates young people who exemplify leadership, dedication and a deep passion for their sport.

As part of the program, the MilkUP Future Leaders Awards recognize the remarkable achievements of youth within the Ontario Soccer community. Award recipients are selected based on their commitment to community service, their love for the game, and their hard work both on and off the field. This year, five inspiring young leaders are being honoured as they set their sights on an exciting new chapter in their lives.

In addition to the recognition, each recipient receives a $2,500 education bursary to support their post-secondary studies.

”Congratulations to this year’s recipients of the MilkUP Future Leaders Awards,” says Cheryl Smith, Chief Executive Officer of DFO. “In partnership with Ontario Soccer, we are proud to acknowledge these young leaders for their commitment to the sport. Aaron, Brianna, Zachary, Felipe and Molly each demonstrate MilkUP's values: perseverance, originality and heart – and we will continue to cheer for them and for their future success.”

“On behalf of the Board, I want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of this year’s award recipients. The MilkUP Future Leaders are a reminder that the future of soccer is in good hands,” said Brenda Brown, Ontario Soccer’s Interim Chair of the Board of Directors.
