The 2024 Concacaf Girls U-15 Championship started on Monday, August 5 across three different locations: Costa Rica, Trinidad & Tobago and Aruba. As one of the best-ranked teams, Canada competed in League A among other top squads at the Proyecto Gol Fields in Alajuela, Costa Rica.
In the group stage, Canada played in Group B along with Mexico, Puerto Rico, and El Salvador, while the United States, Costa Rica, Jamaica and Haiti made up Group A.

Canada suffers their first defeat, advancing to the knockout phase as the Group B runner-ups. Ontario talent Alyssa McLeod scored Canada's singular goal of the match in the 52nd minute.

Canada qualified for the semi-finals after a second victory in the group stage. Made in Ontario talent Ailish Hennessy scored the winning goal of this match in the 50th minute.

Canada won their opening group-stage match against Puerto Rico at the Concacaf Girls’ U-15 Championship, following a second-half goal by Made in Ontario player Isabella Lanzillotta.

A few days ahead of the tournament, Canada Soccer released the names of those athletes representing Canada at the Concacaf Girls’ U15 Championships.
CANW15's Head Coach Tina Cook selected 18 players, all born in 2009 or later. As a biennial competition, this represents the first international tournament for the age group.

Various Clubs in the OPDL are represented in this roster. Congratulations to Hamilton United Elite, Liverpool FC IA Mississauga, Markham FC and Unionville – Milliken SC for their work in developing these world-class young talents.
Storm Nembhard, Medley, Hennessy, McLeod, Istocki, Rueffer, and Oppong are now affiliated with the NDC, but before the fall intake of 2023, these players were involved with Markham FC and Unionville – Milliken SC.
Tapping and Lanzillotta are still affiliated with OPDL programs in Mississauga and Hamilton.
