Ontario Soccer Seeking Independent Complaints Management Provider

Ontario Soccer is seeking proposals from professional, experienced complaints management service providers to act as a 3rd party Complaints Management Service Provider to Ontario Soccer. This organization is expected to uphold our Vision Statement - Soccer, where everyone is welcome, as well as maintaining and supporting our Organizational Values.

The Provider can be a sole proprietorship, a corporation, a partnership, a joint venture, an incorporated consortium or a consortium that is a partnership or other legally recognized entities.

Furthermore, the Provider must be able to provide exceptional value and service to Ontario Soccer and its members through complaints management expertise along with the capacity to service an organization of our size.

We are seeking a Provider for a term of two (2) years based on our operational year of April 1 to March 31.
