The fundraising total from the 2023 OPDL Gary Miller Charity Shield has finally been revealed!
This year's competition was held at the Ontario Soccer Centre's Outdoor field on October 21 and 22. Hundreds upon hundreds came out to experience one of the OPDL's most highly-anticipated weekends of the year.
A total of $13,300 was raised through admission fees, merchandise sales, the silent auction and donations. Four squads selected the Sick Kids Foundation to receive their portion of the funds. On top of that, Kids Help Phone and Ronald McDonald House will also get a cut of the proceeds.
