Congratulations to the 23 Ontario Match Officials who successfully completed Canada Soccer's Upgrading Programs in 2023!
The Regional and Provincial Upgrading Programs require Match Officials to commit a full year to improving their craft. In doing so, they will advance to the next accreditation level and secure a spot on the Regional or Provincial List of Referees, respectively.
