Ontario Represents at the 2023 Toyota National Championships

Eight teams from Ontario competed throughout the country in the 2023 Toyota National Championships from October 4 to 9. Congratulations to West Ottawa United, King City Royals, Caledon United FC, FC Berlin HP Kitchener, Vaughan Azzurri, Mississauga Supernova FC, London Alliance FC Mustangs, and Dutch Connections FC Scarborough on making it to the national tournament this season!

A special shoutout to West Ottawa SC’s Senior Men for winning the 2023 Toyota National Championship Challenge Trophy, beating Western Halifax FC 1-0 in the Final. Mississauga Supernova FC also made it to the Final in the U15 Girls division and brought home the silver medal.

As for the other Ontario squads at the tournament, the King City Royals Senior Women went 0-5 while Caledon United FC's had two wins, two losses, and a 1-1 draw. FC Berlin’s U17 Girls went 1-4, Vaughan Azzurri’s U17 Boys went 4-1, DCFC’s U15 Boys went 3-2, and London Alliance FC’s U15 Boys had two wins, two losses, and a nil-nil draw.
