The second of five Central Venue Weekends in the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL) took place this weekend in four locations: London, Vaughan, Ottawa and Whitby. Here are some highlights from the festivities in Vaughan, at the Ontario Soccer Centre.
Central Venue Weekends are an opportunity for teams to participate in localized locations, with the opportunity to be scouted.
The 2023 OPDL season continues with Week 8 which has roughly 100 games slated to take place around the province. The OPDL’s third Central Venue Weekend will take place July 8-9, with an additional three scheduled to take place throughout the year as listed below.
