106th edition of the MilkUP Ontario Cup has officially kicked-off!

The 106th edition of the MilkUP Ontario Cup has officially kicked-off, with opening round matches played in the Men's and U18 Boys Divisions.

In the U18 Boys Division, Bryst APEX York Region and Gil Vicente FC Toronto scored shutout victories in their opening matches, with both clubs moving on to the next round of the Soccer For Life competition. 

On the Men's side, three matches were played, with Toronto CFC Men, Ottawa TFC First Team, and Ottawa Impact all scoring decisive victories and moving on to the next stage of the MilkUP Ontario Cup 2022.

The MilkUP Ontario Cup, the Provincial Soccer Championship, is the largest Club competition of its kind in Canada. One of the oldest sporting events in the country, the MilkUP Ontario Cup was first staged in 1901, and has operated continuously, with the exception of the World War II period and the COVID-19 Pandemic period.
