On behalf of the President/Chair, Board of Directors, I am writing to advise you that the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Members (AMM) is scheduled to take place on September 11, 2021, commencing at 1:00 PM.  Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions this meeting will take place virtually - online using Microsoft Teams.

Notes:  1. All voting will be carried out on-line using Simply Voting.

2. The 2021 Centre Circle Awards is scheduled for October 3, 2021 and will be conducted virtually. More details to come.

3. Logistical details pertaining to the above events will come to all Voting and Associate  Members from Mary Pellegrino.
