As part of Ontario Soccer’s current Strategic Plan (2019-2021), one strategic initiative is to create a provincial Futsal strategy and implementation plan centered on growing the game through coordinated programs and services.   

The different components of this Futsal strategy include: coach education, match official education and competition structure. 

In order to obtain more clarity on the development status of Futsal programs across the province, Ontario Soccer is looking to gain a better understanding of the Futsal landscape.

Districts, Clubs, Academies, Coaches and Match Officials are being invited to complete a Futsal survey about the status of the sport in their organization, or with their individual experience with other organizations. Even those that do not have Futsal programs, or experience at all with the sport, are still being asked to complete the survey so we can establish critical benchmark information. 

Ontario Soccer asks that you share this survey with your membership. We will also send an email invitation directly to Coaches and Match Officials.

The deadline for survey submission is May 31, 2021.
