Ontario Soccer is pleased to announce that 2021 Match Official Accreditation Entry Level and Small Sided Clinics are now open and new Match Official students can register on Ref Centre. Ontario Soccer has received an increased level of interest from many new students for this custom-built system.

Highlights of the new system include:

  • These clinics will no longer have a minimum or maximum number of participants.
  • There is increased flexibility with self-guided online modules which can be worked on at a student’s own pace.
  • Students are only required to attend one webinar.
  • Ability to attend any optional open topic webinars, which will run weekly in April.

Ontario Soccer recommends that our member organizations review the Club and the Student User Guides to become familiar with the improved system. Each guide has step-by-step instructions, with the appropriate screenshots for clarity, to ensure it is user friendly.

For our member associations, these new clinics will mean less administrative requirements, plus the ability to follow each student’s individual progress and to connect directly with them via the Ref Centre enhanced direct email system

If a student started but did not complete the course in 2020 and did not receive a refund from the Member Association, they already have been provided with a free clinic registration for 2021. These students have been contacted directly with instructions on how to register.

Please also note that the new clinic system was communicated through bulletin I2020-098 in the Fall of 2020.

Please review the Club and Student User Guides and if you have any questions afterwards, please contact:
