Play. Inspire. Unite.
Ontario Soccer, in consultation with Canada Soccer and the Government of Ontario, continues to monitor the most recent developments surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the resulting public health crisis and Ontario Soccer’s Return to Play Plan.
In addition to the Government of Ontario recent announcements about restrictions in hotspot communities, Ontario Soccer is aware that select Municipalities have begun enforcing additional restrictions related to organized team sports.
Member organizations are reminded that they are required to follow all Government of Ontario Public Health protocols, as well as any additional restrictions that local municipalities may apply, based on the advice of their local Public Health Units.
Ontario Soccer encourages members to stay in contact with their local Public Health Unit and Municipality in the event these organizations have implemented additional restrictions that may affect their soccer operations.
As well, if your local municipality or Public Health Unit has any inquiries about Return to Play, Ontario Soccer is available to assist any members in answering these questions.
