As Ontario Registered Academies begin the integration process within the existing options, Ontario Soccer at all levels will not accept any new applications from academies for 2021.

Play. Inspire. Unite.

In 2019, the Board of Directors of Ontario Soccer created a Working Group made up of Board of Directors, District Presidents and Ontario Registered Academies (ORA) representatives.

The assigned task was to integrate Clubs and Academies within the membership of Ontario Soccer.

The Working Group and sub-groups have met over the last 12 months and developed several strategies for integration of Clubs and Academies within the Ontario Soccer system.

As Ontario Registered Academies begin the integration process within the existing options, Ontario Soccer at all levels will not accept any new applications from academies for 2021.

The existing Ontario Recognized Academies presently registered will continue to operate, under the governing rules for integration as outlined by Ontario Soccer and their respective District Associations.

More information to come as plans for 2021 unfold.
