On behalf of the President and the Board of Directors, I am writing to advise you that the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Members scheduled to take place on June 14th, 2020 will be split into two (2) parts over two (2) separate weekends; via on-line video meetings, June 12th/13th, 2020 and via in person meetings, September 12th, 2020 (subject to government order and guidelines).
Please note that these new AMM dates are in accordance with new provincial emergency allowances under the Corporations Act. We are also planning our Q3 Board Meeting, District Presidents Forum Meeting and Centre Circle Awards for September 12th inclusive.
