The final day of Ontario Soccer Summit was highlighted with spectacular on-field sessions and big names from the match officiating community

Play. Inspire. Unite.

Day 3 of Ontario Soccer Summit was all about development.

The morning kicked off with a keynote speech from Kelly Muruments, the former CEO of Tennis Canada and ParicipACTION, as she shared stories about helping to turn Tennis Canada into the powerhouse it has become and insights into how build great teams.

From there on-field sessions and big names highlighted the day.

Coaches heard from Kris Van Der Haegen of the Belgian FA again, this time as he led them through an on-field session about creative players. They also took part in an on field session from Marius Rovde and an in-classroom session with Michael Findlay of the Canadian Premier League.

Match Officials once again got up close and personal with Howard Webb as he and Bibiana Steinhaus of the German FA walked them through the New FIFA Laws and ended the day with a panel discussion with the duo and recently retired Canadian match official Joe Fletcher.

Jen Cramer and Adreienne Barber of MLS led an engaging session on Big Marketing Impact on a Modest Budget while Steve Indig looked at how to deal with inbox complaints.

The weekend culminated with a bringing together of all these development elements as Jason deVos and Dave Nutt of Canada Soccer were joined by Gabriel Assis of Ontario Soccer to look at Club Licensing and how to take your club and academy to the next level.
