The final Ontario team has qualified for the Toyota National Championships

Six Ontario Cup finals were decided this weekend, wrapping up the 104th edition of the Soccer For Life Provincial Soccer Championship

The Ontario Cup 2019 came to a conclusion at the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan over the weekend. 

What began as over 600 teams and 12,000 athletes in the 104th annual running of the Soccer For Life Provincial title, wrapped up with six more Ontario Cup finals and their eventual winners lifting hardware. 

Among those winners this weekend was a berth in Toyota National Championships for the U-15 Girls Ontario Cup title winner, the Oshawa Kicks. 

Oshawa now joins the five other Ontario teams which had previously qualified for the Nationals. 

The U-15 Toyota National Championship will be held in Edmonton, Alberta. The U-17 Nationals will be held in Charlottetown, PEI, while the Jubilee Trophy and Challenge Trophy will be contested for in St. John's, Newfoundland. 

The Ontario Cup is the largest club competition of its kind in Canada.
