Regional Upgrading Program

The Canada Soccer Regional Upgrading Program (RUG) is a program for Match Officials seeking promotion to the Regional List. Successful completion of this program will increase your accreditation level from Grade 8 to 9.

Provincial Upgrading Program

The Canada Soccer Provincial Upgrading Program (PUG) is a program Match Officials seeking promotion to the Provincial List. Successful completion of this program will increase your accreditation level from Grade 9 to 10.
