Coach Mentorship Program Now Open for Applications
Ontario Soccer is excited to launch a new Coach Mentorship Program, designed to support and advance women and members of the BIPOC community in their coaching journey.
This initiative is part of our commitment to expanding access to development opportunities and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the game.
Program Overview

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have completed the following:
- Learn to Train or Soccer for Life (Trained)
- NCCP Make Ethical Decision (MED) Workshop + Online Evaluation
- Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders (Soccer)
- NCCP Making Head Way in Sport
- NCCP Emergency Action Plan
- NCCP Understanding the Rule of Two
Coaches must provide proof of prerequisites. Successful candidates will be notified by July 9, 2025 and will need to confirm their placement by July 20, 2025.
Who Should Apply?
If you're preparing for the Grassroots Diploma and/or C Diploma, and identify as a woman or as a member of the BIPOC community, we encourage you to apply.
