Ontario Indoor Cup Teamsheets

The Ontario Cup now has online teamsheets specially designed for the competition. A team official must fill out the teamsheet and then print one (1) copy including the "Referee Report".)

The Ontario Cup Competition Rules stipulate:

  • A representative of each team shall, no later than 20 minutes prior to the kick-off time, hand to the referee a copy of their team's teamsheet along with the "Teamsheet - Referee Report".
  • The teamsheet shall list all eligible players (including potential substitutes) and up to five team officials.
  • The teamsheet must be signed by all players and team officials.
  • After the Referee checks the teamsheets for proper completion, a representative of each team may take a photograph of the teamsheets prior to the game.  Paper copies of the teamsheets will not be provided to the teams at the field.

Referee's Report

The Referee Report is the second page of the signed teamsheet (mentioned above). A referee report must accompany each team's teamsheet. The referee must complete and submit these reports, along with the completed teamsheets, to the tournament host. For knockout rounds, these reports must be completed and uploaded to RefCentre within 24 hours after the conclusion of the game.
